Who Are CSL Looking For?

As CSL continues to expand in the Benelux region, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive – BNLX to drive regional marketing initiatives, support sales growth, and enhance brand awareness. This role will be pivotal in executing targeted campaigns, managing communications, and localising global content to resonate with our audiences in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Working closely with the Group Marketing team in Croxley and the local sales team, this role will cover all aspects of marketing, including demand generation, digital marketing, PR, and content localisation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• This role will encompass a range of responsibilities including but not limited to:
• Developing and executing a marketing strategy tailored to the BNLX region, ensuring alignment with CSL’s global marketing objectives.
• Driving demand generation campaigns to support sales growth, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
• Managing and growing CSL’s presence on social media channels within the region, creating engaging content in Dutch and French.
• Overseeing content translation and localisation, ensuring messaging resonates with the target audience.
• Working closely with PR agencies and media partners to enhance CSL’s brand visibility and reputation in the region.
• Coordinating events, trade shows, and webinars to support lead generation and customer engagement.
• Creating compelling marketing materials, case studies, and sales enablement content tailored to the local market.
• Collaborating with the Group Marketing team in the UK to leverage global assets and campaigns while adapting them for the BNLX market.
• Tracking and analysing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise marketing efforts.
• Managing the regional marketing budget, as agreed with Marketing Director and ensuring ROI-driven marketing investments.

Key Skills & Qualifications Sought:

• 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the technology, IoT, or telecoms industry.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, and content marketing strategies.
• Experience in managing social media accounts, including content creation and performance analysis.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and tone of voice.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Experience working with PR agencies and managing media relationships.
  Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with a passion for driving business growth through marketing.
  Experience of managing a budget and negotiating on procurement processing.

Who Are CSL Looking For?

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes for the end-to-end service we are building, ensuring the functionality, security, usability, and performance of our products across all stages — from customer-facing websites and e-commerce features to backend provisioning and billing systems.

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Process Owners, Product Managers, Developers, and DevOps Engineers, to ensure that the quality of our platform meets and exceeds customer expectations. This role will be key in defining and executing the testing strategies that drive the success of IoT.Live.

IoT.Live is an innovative online service that offers a full end-to-end solution for selling, delivering, and managing critical connectivity products. Our platform includes a website for customer engagement, an e-commerce store for product purchases, a centralized management platform for provisioning and monitoring, and a sophisticated billing system. We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to help ensure the highest quality and performance standards across our entire suite of products and services.

Duties & Responsibilities:

This role will encompass a range of responsibilities including but not limited to:

• End-to-End Testing: Design and implement comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts for all aspects of our end-to-end service, including website, shop, centralized management platform, and billing systems.
• Manual Testing: Conduct thorough manual testing of the platform, including exploratory, regression, functional, and usability testing.
• Bug Identification & Reporting: Identify, report, and track issues using our issue tracking system. Work closely with the development team to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met across all product features.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools, staying up to date with the latest trends in quality assurance and testing.
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for test plans, test scenarios & cases, results, processes, and guidelines to ensure consistency across testing activities.
• Release Readiness: Work alongside the release management team to ensure that software releases are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards before deployment.

Who Are CSL Looking For?

As a Junior Billing & Collections Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring disconnections, reconnections and adjustments to the core billing database are applied accurately and in a timely fashion. You will have responsibility for managing the billing cycles for multiple business units in our Group across over 750k connections. This role is critical to CSL and involves liaising with customers and other departments in the business. You will answer customer billing queries and provide analyses of billing data. The Company has recently acquired several businesses and the role will support the associated ongoing billing integration projects.

The role requires an attention to detail and comfort with using and manipulating data within excel. The role also involves the use of our billing platform and Salesforce as a workflow management tool.

CSL are looking for an energised Junior Billing & Collections Analyst who thrives off numbers and delivering first class service to CSL’s customer base.

Duties & Responsibilities:

This role will encompass a range of responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Daily processing of customer disconnections and change requirements.
• Manage communication between customers and the Technical Support team in relation to billing changes.
• Machine to Machine and International billing management including customer query management, renewals, activations, validations and customer set up.
• Machine to Machine and international monthly billing reporting and reconciliations
• Hours will be between 8:30 and 6pm on a shift pattern e.g 8:30 – 5pm, 9:00 – 5:30pm etc.
• Will need to work one Saturday roughly every 6-8 weeks for 1.5 times salary and OT pay.
• Supporting the credit controller in chasing customers for outstanding balances on the phone and via email.
• Understand how we invoice and our payment terms.
